Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scheduler or Senior Scheduler in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, or major commercial ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and opportunities to improve project delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to reach milestones.
• Prepare schedule updates, reports, forecasts, and progress analysis for leadership.
• Support planning, scheduling, and project controls across the lifecycle.
