Job summary

Daksta is seeking a skilled Senior Scheduler to support the delivery of complex data center and mission-critical projects in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will develop, maintain, and analyse project programmes, working with clients and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes across multiple high-value projects.

Key responsibilities include creating and updating schedules, identifying risks and delays, tracking progress, and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scheduler/Planner in construction environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules across multiple assignments.
• Provide programme analysis including critical path identification, progress tracking, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate planning and alignment.
• Identify risks, delays and opportunities with mitigation strategies.
• Support project controls including reporting, forecasting and change management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling standards and best practices.
