Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scheduler, preferably in the Data Centre or related industries.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in project management or scheduling (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules reflecting current progress and future plans.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules and address issues.
• Track milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance.
