Job summary

YA is seeking a Scheduling Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Dallas, TX, focused on data center projects. You will develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules with Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject, aligning design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.

You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners’ representatives to ensure schedule integrity, provide regular reporting, and support decision-making through data-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in scheduling or related field.
• Experience with data centers preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven scheduling experience on large-scale data center, mission-critical, or manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate schedule data from project managers and subcontractors and incorporate updates.
• Establish and maintain project schedule baselines per contract requirements.
• Build cost- and resource-loaded schedules and generate standard reports (critical activities, earned value, cash flow).
• Prepare monthly reporting packages with narratives and KPI summaries.
• Develop detailed CPM schedules for proposals and active projects.
• Perform network logic analysis to validate sequencing and critical path.
• Conduct what-if and time-impact analyses to evaluate risks and recovery options.
• Facilitate schedule coordination meetings with internal teams and contractors.
• Support pull planning to align construction sequencing and commissioning.
• Provide data-driven schedule insights for executive decision-making.
