Job summary

Daksta is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our general contracting team, delivering complex data center and mission-critical facilities. You will develop and manage programmes across multiple live projects and sites, ensuring accurate planning and reporting.

You will use Primavera P6 to create and maintain schedules, coordinate with project managers, site teams, and engineers, monitor progress and identify delays.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scheduler/Planner in a construction environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and site operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel between project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and engineers to ensure programme alignment with project delivery.
• Monitor progress, track key milestones, and identify delays or risks to the programme.
• Provide regular reporting, including critical path analysis and progress updates.
• Support mitigation planning and recovery strategies where required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure programme integration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and scheduling process.
