Linesight is seeking an Associate Director to lead a seasoned data centre team in the United States, driving client relationships and project delivery from front to finish. You will apply your cost management expertise to meet contract performance and grow the business with new and existing clients.

You will mentor teams, head client meetings, and negotiate terms with external partners while upholding Linesight's collaborative culture and focus on delivering value and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management experience in the data centre sector
• Experience heading up meetings with clients
• Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS
• Degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through a shared purpose and openness

• Act as the key account manager in the data centre team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
• Use business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects with existing clients
• Oversee key strategic client projects
• Apply cost management expertise to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors
• Mentor and lead your employees to foster top performance and growth
• Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value
