Job summary

Linesight is seeking an Associate Director to lead experienced teams in data centre projects, enhancing client relationships and delivering strong cost management and contract performance. You will leverage your leadership and business development skills to drive growth and project success.

You will head client meetings, mentor staff, and negotiate terms while guiding projects from pre- to post-contract stages, with a hybrid work setup and exposure to international clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing operations within a dynamic environment.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management for Commercial Interior Fit Out projects.
• Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in the data centre team, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Use business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee key strategic client projects and ensure contract performance measures are met.
• Apply cost management expertise to achieve project deliverables within contract metrics.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Mentor and lead your team to drive performance and client value.
