Job summary

Flux Resources is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee data center design and engineering programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in program governance and multi-disciplinary coordination. This hybrid role is open in several major cities, including New York City.

Responsibilities include managing project schedules, developing frameworks, and improving design processes. We offer competitive pay rates between $110 - $130 per hour and comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and 401(k) participation after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technical programs or capital projects.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
• Experience managing consultants through full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent data center design and engineering programs.
• Establish and maintain program governance processes.
• Prepare executive-level reporting including program status updates.
