  • Ensure Application Owners understand required remediation activities to meet engineering standards.
  • Validate that applications have appropriate resiliency in place prior to migration.
Readiness & Remediation Oversight:
  • Work with engineering teams to define and communicate pre-migration technical standards and compliance requirements.
  • Track remediation activities, ensuring Application Owners complete required updates ahead of migration windows.
  • Coordinate technical validation, testing, and sign-off activities.
Change & Governance:
  • Liaise with Change Management to secure approved migration windows aligned with Application Owners’ change calendars.
  • Ensure all migration activities adhere to internal governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Produce documentation including runbooks, readiness checklists, risk logs, and post-migration reports.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Provide clear, timely updates to senior stakeholders, engineering leads, and programme governance forums.
  • Facilitate technical workshops, readiness reviews, and go/no-go meetings.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, switch migrations, and application dependency mapping.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Application Owners to drive remediation and readiness activities.
  • Experience with resiliency standards, HA/DR patterns, and infrastructure engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with enterprise change management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
