Job summary

Resource Logistics Inc. is seeking a hands-on technician to support data center MACs, performing moves/adds/changes and hardware installation with proper labeling, power, and network connectivity.

You will manage assets, track tickets, and maintain documentation, while adhering to security protocols and on-site procedures. On-call duties may apply, and all activities require diligent logging and compliance with SLA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support data center MACs, including moves, adds, and changes.
• Complete hardware support work orders and troubleshoot break-fix.
• Maintain logs, tickets, and daily work records.
• Provide smart-hands assistance within SLA response times (on-call may apply).
• Ensure proper logging, securing, and documentation of media storage devices.
• Follow site security protocols and reporting of violations.

Support and complete all scheduled data center Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs).

Perform hardware installation MACs, including device labeling, power, and network cable connectivity.

Complete hardware support work orders involving MACs, certification, troubleshooting, and break-fix.

Manage assets, auditing, and daily work log/ticket tracking.

Provide smart-hands assistance within specified SLA response times (on-call duties may apply).

Maintain a safe and secure operating environment and report violations.

Maintain detailed documentation and record keeping.

Follow site security protocols, badging requirements, and data protection procedures.

Ensure proper logging, securing, and documentation of media storage devices.
