Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking a Project Manager to lead the water treatment scope for the PHX13 data center project in Phoenix. You will coordinate preconstruction planning, procurement, field execution, commissioning support, and turnover with district leadership, technical specialists, field personnel, and the construction team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of project management experience in industrial water treatment, mechanical construction, commissioning support, or similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate execution plans, milestones, look-ahead schedules, and readiness checklists for mobilization, treatment, testing, and turnover.
• Review contracts, P&IDs, specs, and submittals to identify scope, boundaries and approvals; coordinate with contractors and owners.
• Lead job walks and coordination meetings; track actions, decisions and access needs; manage multiple work areas with distinct scope and records.
• Coordinate flushing, cleaning, fill, and startup activities; review flow, head loss, filtration, and equipment compatibility with specialists.
