Job summary

ChemTreat, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the water treatment scope for the PHX13 data center project. The role involves coordinating with district leadership, technical specialists, field personnel, and the construction team from preconstruction through turnover.

The position emphasizes planning, procurement, scheduling, and vendor coordination, with focus on safety, cost control, and documentation to ensure successful turnover and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years of PM experience in industrial water treatment or related project delivery.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and P&IDs and translate to work plans.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and vendors on multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop execution plans, milestone schedules, and readiness checklists for mobilization and turnover.
• Review contracts, drawings, P&IDs, and specs to define scope and approvals.
• Coordinate with mechanical and general contractors, owners, and commissioning teams.
• Oversee flushing, cleaning, DI filling, glycol handling, and testing activities.
• Manage procurement, vendor submittals, and delivery planning.
• Track budgets, change requests, and cost-to-complete; maintain records.
• Ensure safety, quality, testing, and project closeout requirements are met.
