Job summary

Chem-Aqua, now part of Solenis, seeks a Data Center Project Manager to lead all phases of new facility systems projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. You will serve as the primary contact for owners, engineers, regulators, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or Chemistry, 5–8 years in water treatment or industrial services, and experience in business development or key account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field(s).
• 5–8 years of experience in water treatment or industrial services.
• Experience in business development or key account management.
• Basic understanding of cooling water systems or industrial water treatment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of new construction projects for facility systems, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee procurement, expediting, and delivery of long-lead equipment and manage project budgets, costs, pay applications, and change orders.
• Coordinate and manage local service teams with support from Chem Aqua leadership and conduct site visits for testing, installation, and chemical application activities.
