Switch is seeking a Regional Water Systems Engineer to act as the regional technical authority for water quality and system availability across data centers. You will drive water management from construction through live operations, identify risks and guide corrective actions to improve quality and reliability.

You will oversee third-party vendors, monitor regional site chemistry, and translate field learnings into standards and operating practices across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with cooling water and hydronic systems in critical environments.
• Ability to interpret water analysis reports and system trends.
• Experience guiding third-party vendors and service providers.
• Strong reading of P&IDs, schematics and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication of technical risks to operations teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical guidance for water system design, commissioning and QA/QC activities.
• Oversee water quality KPIs, risks, corrective actions and performance.
• Monitor site water chemistry and escalate significant deviations.
• Analyze data and trends to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Support incident investigations involving water systems and root cause analysis.
• Interpret vendor reports and coordinate corrective actions with sites.
• Apply Switch water chemistry standards consistently across sites.
• Improve water use efficiency and overall system reliability.
• Educate site teams to strengthen water system knowledge.
