Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Lead – Data Center in West Memphis, AR for 1st shift 7:00am–3:30pm. You’ll manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure efficient data center operations.

Responsibilities include receiving and recording inventory, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, assembling server racks, and supporting cross-functional teams while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of logistics, inventory, or related experience.
• Familiarity with inventory software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record inventory for accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.
• Assemble and install server racks; assist with cable management.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and safe operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet inventory needs.
