Job summary

Salute is seeking a skilled Vendor Specialist in Montgomery, AL to manage vendor relationships and the contract lifecycle for data center operations. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliance, KPI tracking, and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering value through well-managed contracts and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, legal studies, finance, or related area.
• Minimum four years of related work experience in vendor/contract management or similar fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and contract lifecycle under supervision.
• Maintain vendor database with contacts, services, and performance.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, prebilling, and reporting.
