Job summary

Salute, a leading provider of data center infrastructure services, seeks a skilled Vendor Specialist in Montgomery, AL to manage relationships with hyperscale clients and suppliers. You will oversee the vendor management program under the Director of Vendor Management, ensuring contracts, onboarding, KPI tracking, and financial coordination are executed with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field plus relevant vendor management experience.
• Experience in contract management and supplier relations is essential.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of vendor information and performance records.
• Track purchase orders and vendor invoicing as part of vendor management processes.
• Coordinate with Finance on prebilling confirmations and related inquiries.
• Administer contract repository and renewal/termination activities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for site operations.
