Job summary

Covestic Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and deliver training for data center teams, including technicians, engineers, and operations staff.

You will coordinate onboarding, schedule instructor-led and virtual sessions, and develop digital content for an LMS. The role requires collaboration with Product Management and SMEs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Program Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain training curricula for data center technicians, engineers, and operations staff (e.g., electrical, mechanical, networking, safety)
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding programs specific to data center environments
• Schedule and facilitate instructor-led training, virtual sessions, hands-on labs, and e-learning modules
• Collaborate with the Product Management team and SMEs to create and review technical content.
• Plan training logistics and create communication templates for large technical rollouts.
• Develop course materials, including slide decks, online learning courses, On the Job Training (OJTs), assessments, and SOPs.
• Support the creation of digital content such as videos and interactive materials for a Learning Management System (LMS).

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and writing skills are required.
• Curiosity and passion for learning.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Exemplary customer service mindset, high motivation, and a team player.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas independently.
