Job summary

Covestic Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Training Coordinator to design and manage training programs for data center staff, ensuring certification and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or equivalent preferred.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and writing skills required.
Curiosity and passion for learning.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Exemplary customer service mindset and team player.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain training curricula for data center technicians, engineers, and operations staff.
Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires in data center environments.
Schedule and facilitate instructor-led training, virtual sessions, labs, and e-learning.
Collaborate with Product Management and SMEs to create and review technical content.
Plan training logistics and create communication templates for large rollouts.
Develop course materials, including slides, online courses, OJTs, assessments, and SOPs.
Support the creation of digital content for an LMS.
