Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a data center background to lead complex hardware and software programs in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role is based in Santa Clara, CA and requires coordinating with global engineering teams and multiple stakeholders across product engineering and test engineering.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in TPM or related roles, proven data center expertise, and hands-on Python scripting for automation and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Strong data center environment and infrastructure program experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
• Familiarity with Python for automation, data analysis, or engineering workflows.
• Good understanding of server hardware, system architecture, and data center technologies.
• Experience collaborating with global engineering teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
