Job summary

SB Energy is seeking a Manager with deep industry experience to lead the technical program management for owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) power and cooling equipment. You will own the integrated execution schedule and the workflow for technical risks, decisions, dependencies, design evolution and changes across equipment packages.

You will collaborate with SB Energy’s clients, OEMs, and vendors to deliver reliable and fast solutions with the best total cost of ownership (TCO)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in technical program or project management.
• Strong PM expertise and leading program teams.
• OEM program experience with engineering, manufacturing, testing.
• Fluency in power and cooling systems.
• Track record recovering milestones under ambiguity.
• Commercial judgment on acceleration, scope changes, TCO.
• Expertise with critical-path scheduling and risk management.
• Experience coordinating product introductions and alternate-source qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Own integrated technical execution schedule from reviews to acceptance.
• Manage risk, action, decision, dependency, and change-control workflow.
• Coordinate client and vendor technical reviews and readiness gates.
• Consolidate change impacts and maintain evidence/history.
• Own sequencing and recovery of coordination, quantify delays.
• Schedule roadmap releases, pilots, and second-source introductions.
• Provide package readiness dates and risks to IBP with status updates.
• Improve execution through automation and lessons learned.
