Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Mechanical OFCI Design Manager to lead design management and coordination of owner-furnished, contractor-installed mechanical equipment for a hyperscale data center campus. You will enforce technical standards, oversee procurement specs, and ensure seamless integration between owner-supplied and contractor scopes.

The ideal candidate has multi-year mission-critical mechanical design experience and deep knowledge of data center cooling architectures, with leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high-performing multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Exceptional business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth.
• Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in; commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc.
• Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project management team and ensure accountability across the board.
• Oversee client communications and PM services across multiple sectors.
• Perform market research and produce thought leadership reports.
• Set strategy with the team in line with the business plan.
• Drive talent development and promote an inclusive culture.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and quality controls.
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs for new projects.
• Partner with talent acquisition to plan for future staffing.
