EPI Power, LLC, a subsidiary of The Weitz Company, is hiring a Timekeeper for our Cedar Rapids data center project. You will manage time and attendance for hourly employees, maintain open communication between office and field, and ensure accurate payroll and attendance tracking.

The role requires working onsite for 58 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, on a two-year project with potential extension. You will review hours, process time off, document call-ins, provide reports to

• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and payroll-related tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review and record hourly employee hours for accurate pay.
• Review and document time off requests for site employees.
• Review call-in notifications from site staff.
• Provide attendance reports to site supervision.
• Alert supervision when attendance needs review.
• Maintain crew assignments for field employees.
• Report site manpower counts to supervision.
• Maintain Fatigue Management reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily force reports.
