Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking an experienced TFO Project Manager to lead Tenant Fit-Out projects on campus, owning budget, schedule, and contract administration from preconstruction to closeout.

You will coordinate with campus leadership, tenant teams, general contractors, and design partners to ensure safe delivery, on-time milestones, and alignment with business objectives. Strong PM and data center context are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with GMP contracts, procurement, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Owner-side project management experience preferred.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial or complex MEP projects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as campus-based owner representative for assigned TFO projects.
• Lead kickoff, weekly coordination, owner-contractor meetings, cost reviews, and schedule reviews.
• Coordinate with Campus Director and Customer Delivery team to align tenant commitments and decisions.
• Establish clear responsibilities, decision paths, action tracking, and escalation protocols across the project team.
• Maintain alignment between TFO execution, base building, campus infrastructure, Operations, and commissioning.
