Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, low-voltage, data center construction, staffing, or workforce solutions strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications construction and Division 27 scopes.
• Existing relationships within the telecommunications or data center construction industry highly preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, negotiate, and close.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, project visits, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop a national sales strategy for AIS’s Division 27 workforce solutions.
• Identify upcoming data center, telecommunications, and low-voltage construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecom, low-voltage, general contractors, and data center construction companies.
• Prospect for new customers through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, industry events, LinkedIn, and existing relationships.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified Division 27 opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings and presentations; understand project requirements and labor challenges.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and sales presentations; negotiate terms and close.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional projects.
