Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) is seeking a seasoned bilingual Traveling Project Manager to oversee Division 27 telecommunications and structured cabling projects at large-scale data center sites across the United States.

This role requires hands-on management of day-to-day telecom construction activities, coordination of field personnel, and strict adherence to safety, schedules, and project specs, with extensive travel across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or field leadership experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, or data center construction.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willing to travel extensively nationwide.
• Experience with Division 27 telecommunications scopes or data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage Division 27 telecommunications construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Oversee daily project activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources.
• Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and scope of work.
• Track project milestones, production, manpower, and overall progress.
• Identify potential delays, labor shortages, material issues, and other project risks.
• Develop and communicate recovery plans when projects fall behind schedule.
• Ensure work is completed according to customer requirements and project specifications.
