Reboot Monkey in Norristown, United States, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team. This full-time role supports critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities and requires hands-on expertise with servers, networks, and cabling.

Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment, performing structured cabling, monitoring power and cooling, and handling incidents with thorough documentation. 3+ years in data center ops preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Data center certifications preferred (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE).
• Vendor certifications (Dell/HPE/Cisco) preferred.
• Network certifications (CCNA/JNCIA) preferred.
• Experience with DCIM platforms preferred.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting; maintain documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
