Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to support world-class facilities in Centennial, CO. This full-time on-site role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining server and network equipment across data center operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of data center experience, strong cabling and troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with power distribution and UPS systems. On-site team environment with on-call rotation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Knowledge of power distribution and UPS systems.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
