Job summary

Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team in Douglas, United States. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, and support power and environmental systems.

The role requires at least 3 years of data center operations experience and familiarity with rack and stack processes. You will collaborate with engineering and operations, participate in capacity planning, and ensure accurate documentation and asset

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot; maintain asset documentation.
