Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience with hardware installation, rack-and-stack, cabling, or field support.
• Experience with network hardware and structured cabling in data center environments.
• Ability to follow documented procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, cable, label, and document network equipment and infrastructure.
• Perform hardware replacement and maintenance on switches, optics, and power supplies.
• Read rack elevations, port maps, and cabling diagrams and ensure accurate asset records.
• Support field deployments, inventory movement, and change activity.
• Update tickets and work orders in the ticketing system.
