Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking Level 1 and 2 technicians for a contract-to-hire role in Ellendale, ND. The position requires experience with fiber optics, data center operations, and hardware diagnostics. You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling, and script-based updates, while supporting 24/7 operations and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with data center equipment and facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and network components.
• Familiarity with cabling standards and rack-and-stack procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Develop documentation and provide training to internal teams.
