Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking Level 1 and 2 technicians for a contract-to-hire role in Ellendale, ND. The position requires experience with fiber optics, data center operations, and hardware diagnostics. You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling, and script-based updates, while supporting 24/7 operations and on-call rotations.

Pay ranges up to $27/hr for L1 and up to $32/hr for L2, with onsite work in Ellendale. Benefits include standard medical/dental, 401(k), life and disability insurance, HSA, and

Description

• Must have experience working with Fiber Optics.
• Maintain data center operations to ensure availability and reliability of service levels
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures
• Training of internal teams
• Development of documentation
• Provide technical support to data center teams
• Development of scripts to update server and networking hardware
• Maintain inventory
• Assemble and install equipment
• Perform maintenance of test and tools equipment
• Occasional travel to other data centers as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
