Responsibilities

• Conduct structured technical interviews for data center technician candidates across experience levels.
• Evaluate candidate proficiency in hardware installation, cabling, troubleshooting, and data center operations.
• Assess both technical capability and soft skills, including communication, reliability, and safety awareness.
• Provide clear, unbiased interview feedback aligned with company hiring standards.
• Support and back-fill interview stages to ensure continuity in the hiring process.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain efficient interview scheduling and throughput.
