Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Must have US Passport and Real ID.
• High school diploma or GED with 5–8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, and decommission hardware including cabinets, shelves, power strips, rails, cables, servers, storage, and devices.
• Confirm and label devices, racks and cables.
• Use standard ticketing system and communicate clearly with customers.
• Follow SOPs, program policies, safety and security policies; meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Other duties as required.
