Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Data Center Technician II to assist with hardware installation, asset tagging, cabling, and data center maintenance. You will document processes and server installations, working under supervision and following SOPs and program policies to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, on-call availability within 1 hour, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–5 years' related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to respond to on-call requests within 1 hour.
• Experience with ticket management systems.
• Cable systems per ticket requirements and SOP standards.
• Knowledge of copper and fiber cabling and testing.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, and decommission hardware in data centers.
• Label devices, racks, and cables per ticket requirements.
• Communicate clearly with customers via tickets.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and security policies.
• Operate material handling equipment if certified.
