Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in a data center or NOC, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Knowledge of Windows OS and cabling is preferred, with ERP familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–4 years data center or NOC experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer relationships with satisfaction as the goal.
• Complete installation, testing and close out of new customer orders.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues and alarms in DataBank Infrastructure.
• Perform security sign-in procedures and escort visitors.
• Log time spent on tasks and tickets with accuracy.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and tour readiness at all times.
• Assist with vendor maintenance activities and audits.
• Adhere to DataBank Cabling Standards.
