Job summary

NuAxis is seeking a Data Center Technician II to provide hands-on support for day-to-day data center operations and help maintain infrastructure reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include rack/stacking servers, cable management, asset tracking, and assisting with hardware installs and removals; must have 1+ year IT or data center experience and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 1+ year IT or data center support experience.
• Experience supporting computer room or data center environments.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and support systems.
• Ability to contribute to documentation and process development.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• 2+ years data center or infrastructure support preferred.
