NuAxis is seeking a Data Center Technician III for a full-time role supporting critical infrastructure and mentoring junior staff. The position focuses on reliable data center operations, hardware lifecycle activities, and documentation.

You will work independently while collaborating with the wider IT team, applying strong customer service and communication skills to keep government IT services running smoothly.

Competenze

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years data center or IT infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and support systems.
• Ability to work independently and create technical documentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing).
• Knowledge of power, cooling, and hardware lifecycle management.
