Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician L2 to support hardware deployment, maintenance, and operations in a fast-paced data center environment.

You will install and rack servers, storage, accelerators, and networking gear, perform diagnostics and break-fix, manage inventory, and ensure documentation and safety compliance across mission-critical infrastructure. This role includes working in a high-availability environment with strict change control and adherence to

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting data center operations, hardware deployment, or infrastructure support environments.
• Experience installing and maintaining server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Ability to execute detailed technical procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ticketing systems, inventory systems, and operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, cable, and deploy servers and networking equipment.
• Perform structured copper and fiber cabling installation and validation.
• Support equipment commissioning and deployment acceptance testing.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and FRU replacements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for assets and parts.
• Monitor operational conditions and escalate infra issues as needed.
