NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Technician to support operational integrity of electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems across our facilities in the United States. The role ensures uptime, regulatory compliance, and quick repair of issues to meet internal customer demands.

You will work with contractors, monitor critical systems, review blueprints, and contribute to a proactive maintenance program to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems in a data center.
• Familiarity with NEC and NFPA standards and fire life safety compliance.
• Experience with data center systems monitoring and analysis.

Aufgaben

• Develops approaches to minimize operational costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and supervise mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine methods and sequences.
• Install and assemble electrical or electronic components using hand tools.
• Monitor, operate, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems.
• Ensure data center operates at maximum efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with contractors and engineers for quality assurance on expansions and upgrades.
