Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain server and network hardware
• Perform hardware diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues
• Support day-to-day data center operations and infrastructure maintenance
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure system reliability and uptime
• Follow established operational, security, and safety procedures in a production environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data center, IT support, or hardware-focused technical environment
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and structured troubleshooting methodologies
• Experience with server hardware, enterprise infrastructure, or Linux is preferred
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or related certifications are a plus
