Insight Global is seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support large-scale deployment and operations in cloud infrastructure. You will install, service, and troubleshoot server, storage, and network hardware across multiple campuses, following SOPs and client standards.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data center or enterprise IT support, strong documentation habits, and comfort

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center, infrastructure, field services, or enterprise IT support experience
• Experience installing and troubleshooting server and network hardware
• Experience with ticketing systems and operational workflows
• Familiarity with hardware deployments and break/fix activities
• Comfortable working in large-scale, fast-paced environments
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and work procedures

Responsibilities

• Install, decommission, relocate, and replace server, storage, and network hardware
• Install and replace components including servers, switches, PDUs, network devices, optics, memory, drives, and GPUs
• Support hardware refresh, migration, expansion, and lifecycle replacement projects
• Execute work according to established SOPs, MOPs, and client standards
