Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Data Center Technicians (Levels I–II) to support large-scale server and rack operations in a hyperscale data center environment. You will manage hardware lifecycles, perform deployments and decommissions, and provide ongoing operational support after energization.

Senior-level technicians will also drive automation and orchestration initiatives to boost efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities cover hardware break/fix, rack and stack tasks, asset management, and

Qualifications

• Level I requires 1+ year IT, hardware, or data center experience.
• Level II requires 2+ years of server support, break/fix, or infrastructure operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform server break/fix, chip swaps, memory and component replacements.
• Rack, stack, cable, decommission, and recommission server hardware.
• Execute hardware refreshes, asset management, and equipment disposal.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and document completed work.
• Follow change management, operational, and safety procedures.
