Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician to ensure operational integrity of electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems at a data center facility. You will monitor critical power distribution, HVAC, and fire protection while working with contractors and internal staff to maximize uptime.

Working knowledge of NFPA codes, NEC, and safety practices is required. The role involves on-site work, after-hours responses, and collaboration with the CF Ops Lead

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical systems in critical facilities.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, and building codes related to fire life safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in data center systems.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety components for reliability.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and upgrades.
