Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Technician to maintain and enhance data center mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems. You will ensure uptime, coordinate with contractors, and support a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.

The role requires hands-on experience with large-scale facilities, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work shifts including nights and weekends. On-site work with a focus on safety and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data center mechanical and electrical systems.
• Understanding of NFPA standards and fire life safety.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations maximize customer uptime and cost efficiency.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide maintenance work.
• Inspect, install, and align mechanical/electrical components.
• Coordinate with contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintain and monitor data center systems and respond to issues.
