Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of or hands-on experience with computer hardware and repair.
• Ability to travel to supported data center locations.
• Willingness to lift, push, pull, and move at least 50 pounds.
• Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on-site in New Albany, OH on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment and cabling.
• Work with Data Center Leads to ensure reliability of operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation per procedures.
• Assist with physical tasks like moving and racking equipment.
• Develop troubleshooting skills and adapt to new software/tools.
