Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or progress toward one preferred.
• 1+ years of computer hardware repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware/repair.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers and networking gear.
• Assist in cabling and racking activities for data center equipment.
• Update and pull inventory according to process requirements.
• Learn server repair methods and apply them as directed.
• Collaborate with Data Center Leads to ensure smooth operations.
