Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents; escalate as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and engineers.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance; assist with change management.
• Complete the 12-month WBLP training curriculum with required safety certifications.
