Job summary

DSV Air & Sea SAU in Lockbourne, USA, is seeking a Data Center Team Lead- Kitting for the A Shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) to manage material orders, inventory and quality control while supporting fast-paced datacenter operations.

You will assemble and install servers and electronic components, supervise loading, perform cycle counts, and ensure safety and 5S standards. Experience with warehouse tools and cross-training across departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing and maintaining material orders, customer service, and inventory management.
• Assembly and installation of servers and electronic components using hand and power tools.
• Overseeing loading/unloading of freight and managing shipping documents.
• Performing inbound/outbound quality checks and ensuring pristine condition of parts.
• Executing daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical parts.
• Processing return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Positioning server racks and cabling following diagrams and schematics.
• Operating material handling equipment and maintaining 5S housekeeping.
• Ensuring safety and adherence to procedures; lifting and moving materials as required.
