Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Knowledge of key electrical competencies and theory.
• National of an EU member state.
• Experience in data center engineering (preferred).
• Knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC/controls).
• Proficient in German – B2.

Responsibilities

• Setting and maintaining the highest safety standards across operations.
• Drive continuous infrastructure improvements and standardization.
• Ensure 100% uptime for customer-supporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for operational excellence.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance per AWS procedures.
• Monitor and supervise facility operations via BMS/PMS.
• Support build-out and retrofit of data center infrastructure.
• React effectively to customer-impacting events on electrical/mechanical components.
• Review incident reports and provide management with trends and actions.
• Draft, update and maintain method statements and SOPs.
